RBC #5200 is a low viscosity, solventless coating which can be applied by brushing, dipping, or by spraying. The cured film is a transparent coating offering good chemical and moisture resistance as well as good adhesion to most substrates. RBC #5200 can be combined with several different hardeners for room temperature or elevated temperature cures to obtain specific properties. It can be used for coating printed circuit boards, transformers, heat sink components, or as a general purpose coating for any plastic, metal, or ceramic part.

The above properties are typical of a system cured with Hardener #AB-410.
A-110: A rigid, room temperature curing system with limited pot life and fast cure.
AB-410: A resilient, low viscosity system with longer pot life, that exhibits excellent resistance to thermal shock, and very high impact strength.
AB-312: Good resistance to heat, chemicals, thermal and mechanical shock, and good electrical properties at high humidity.
