RBC-3150 epoxy resin with AB-165 epoxy hardener is an unfilled, very flexible elastomeric type epoxy sytem offering low viscosity, high clarity and excellent shock properties for stress free parts. Typicaly RBC-3150 is used as an epoxy potting compound or for epoxy encapsulating where ease of repairability is desired.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

MIX RATIO BY WEIGHT: 100 parts resin to 70 parts hardener
MIX RATIO BY VOLUME: 100 parts resin to 80 parts hardener

Weigh the desired amount of RBC-3150 Epoxy Resin into a clean container and combine with recommended amount of AB-165 Epoxy Hardener. Mix thoroughly. Entrapped air may be removed by vacuum.

RECOMMENDED CURE SCHEDULE:

Pot Life @ 25oC: 50-60 Minutes
Cure Time @ 25oC: 72 Hours
Cure Time @ 65oC: 4-8 Hours
Cure Time @ 100oC: 2-4 Hours
